Spoon is one of the important measuring tool in the Kitchen. Spoons are for mixing, stirring and serving are of aluminium,tinned steel, stainless steel, enamled ware, iron, expensive plated sliver, or wood. All metal spoons scratch the container, but wooden spoons do not become warm when hot mixtures are stirred. They will wrap and stain however and will, need to be replaced from time to time.
