to be crisp try our fries. For this first
Soak peeled & cut potatoes in hot water
or medium hot oil till tender , then deep-fry
in very hot oil till crisp.
To many potatoes should not be added at
a time this can cause oil temperature
as the result of which the fries will become
greasy & not crisp!
