The now commonly used home appliance "Microwave" is a device which cooks food by radiation and uses microwaves (a form of light energy) to generate the heat energy required.

most cooking must be arrange toward the outside of the dish.

For even result rotate or stir the vegetables during cooking. Vegetable should be tender as well as slightly crisp For softer texture cook for a little longer.See to it that the vegetables are not over as it may bring a tough dried out result.
