ice-trays are placed.To remove the rust

the rusted strainers on high heat, then

a handful of common salt to the washing

salad dressing take a cup of curd add lime
juice , blend and toss the salad into it.
What
do you do of leftover vegetables? Well you
can make tasty culets out of it. They turn
out best if made out of cauliflower or cabbage.
Boil, peel and mash potatoes put salt, ginger
garlic paste, pinch of black salt, few drops
of lemon juice, finely chopped green chilies
and coriander leaves, Mix this with the
leftover vegetables ,then make small portions
and roll it in the shape use wish round
,oval etc dip them in beaten egg (add a
pinch of salt to the beaten egg ) Then roll
it in bread crumbs and fry in oil till done.
For vegetarians dip in corn flour paste
(add a pinch of salt add corn flour).
For
instant home-made chili sauce take some
chili pickle and put it in the mixer and
grind it for 3min to get smooth paste. You
can add this paste instead of chili sauce
to any dish if you run short of chili sauce.
If you run short of curd for "raitas"
grate fresh coconut, grind it to a fine
paste and mix it with the curd. If Tomatoes
are overripe and difficult to use just dip
them in cold water, add some salt and leave
it overnight. Notice they will be fresh,
firm to touch, and ready to use the next
day. For Making curd in winter all you have
to do is set it in a ceramic container and
place it on the voltage stabilizer of your
refrigerator, it will set overnight.
Stale
bread freshen if you sprinkle a little milk
over it and then place it in a moderately
hot oven for 15 minutes. what you get is
a crispier crust and a tastier bread.Try
keeping leftover hardened bread on the lid
of a pan containing hot water, the slices
will become soft and as good as fresh bread
within no time. Do this when you run out
of fresh bread. For preventing fresh dough
from sticking to the rolling pin, keep it
in the freezer for a few minutes before
using it.Spilling of milk can be avoided
if you apply glycerin to the rim of the
milk vessel.
The
reason of a peaked top in a cake could be
because of using too hard flour, too much
gluten being developed in the mixture or
by over beating the batter ,It can also
be due to too high temperature of the oven.A
cake with sunken center could be because
of too much sugar, shown by a Sticky center
and very brown crust or if you put too much
baking powder or undercooking that is cooking
done at a low temperature oven.
