How to keep your Kitchen Clean

Kitchen tiles should be rubbed down with hot water and a littlescouring powder, and then rubbed dry.Break old toothbrush into two. Use the part with the bristles toclean kitchen tiles.

To remove oil stains from the ground, sprinkle powdered wheat orhusk on the ground. Sweep well after 15 minutes and mop with warm water.If you drop an egg on the ground, sprinkle salt over it and leave it for about 15 minutes. It can then be easily cleaned. If you have dropped oil on the floor, cover with a little blue detergentpowder and vinegar. Leave for sometime, then scrub the spot clean.

To keep the kitchen sink sparkling, sprinkle chloride of lime once aweek at night and rinse away with boiling water the following morning. Add caustic soda to water and boil.pour this mixture into the sink pipein order to remove any clogging.

If the sink pipe gets blocked, try putting a generous handful of washingsoda down the drain; then pour in half a glassful of vinegar. Pour the leftover hot water, from the pressure cooker, into the kitchensink daily.This will keep the pipes free of any blockage.

To clear a choked sink, pour one cup of baking soda down the drain, followed by one cup of vinegar. As it foams, run hot water down thedrain.
To remove rust stains from the taps, rub with vinegar.
