Ingredients
:
250 gm Maida flour
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
500 gm Sugar
1Pinch Red color
1 Coconut
250 gm Ghee

Method:
Take maida in large bowl and add baking
powder into it. Now put coconut piece
in blender and blend thoroughly. Mix
this coconut mava with flour and add
coconut water in it. and make smooth
paste (Texture should be like pancake
batter).
It should not be very thin. Now in
the saucepan take water and sugar
and boil it. Make one tar sugar syrup
from that. Add elaichi powder in sugar
syrup if you want. Add red color in
to syrup if you wish
Heat ghee in frying pan. Fill bottle
with batter. The nozzle should have
a hole the thickness of a knitting
needle. Heat
ghee well in a shallow frying pan
and form jalebis in the form of concentric
circles about 2 inches on the outside.
Fry till crisp, drop into hot red
colored syrup. Drain with a perforrated
spoon, serve hot.
