Ingredients
:
2 cups masoor daal (lentil)
1 onion medium/sliced.
1/2 tsp.jeera
1/2 tsp.haldi
salt to taste
2 green chillies

Method:
Wash and boil daal in water. Mash
the daal when completely done. Heat
3 tbsp. of oil. Roast jeera until
red
Add the sliced onions and fry until
golden brown Pour the mashed daal
in a kadai and add haldi, salt, and
green chillies. Let daal simmer for
atleast 10 to 15 minutes. The more
you simmer, better it tastes.
