Ingredients
:
For the Crispy:
Noodles:150 Gms
Noodles 5-6 cups Water
1-2 tsp. Oil
1
tsp. Salt
For the Chopsey:
1/2 cup Cooked/Boiled shredded chicken
1/2 cup Spring Onions shredded
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup chopped Capsicum
1/4 tsp. White pepper
1-2 tsp. Ginger paste
1/4 tsp. Chili powder
3 cup Chicken stock

Method:
For the Chopsey: First heat
4 tablespoons of oil in a pan and
add the Ginger Paste, spring onion,
carrot, capsicum, pepper, chili powder
and salt.Then stir fry over a high
flame for 1minute.
Add the chicken and fry for 2-3 minute.Now
add the stock, tomato sauce, Soya
sauce, chili sauce, sugar, vinegar
and salt. And bring to a boil. Again
add the corn flour mixed with water
and stir continuously till the mixture
becomes thick.
Finally add the tomato and stir. Remove
from heat.
For the crispy noodles: First
boil the water and add the noodles
and salt. And cook uncovered for 2
minutes. Keep on stirring.Then drain
and cool thoroughly. Now heat plenty
of oil in frying pan and deep fry
the noodles on a high flame.Later
when crisp and golden drain on to
absorbent paper.
To Serve the chopsey: Pour
the hot chopsey mixture into a servi
