    Bean Sprouts(Bland)  

Ingredients :
1cup bean sprouts
1 1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. cornflour
1 tsp. grated ginger
1/2 tsp. soya sauce
1tbsp. spring onion finely chopped
1/2 tbsp. oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tbsp aji no moto

Method:
Boil the sprouts but see to it that they are not soggy.Drain and spread it on a plate.

Mix the cornflour in 1/2 cup water.Fry ginger in a pan till it becomes golden in colour.Now add 1 cup of water to this and bring it to boil .

Add the cornflour mixture, and stir till it boils. Add the soya sauce , salt and pepper to taste.

Pour thick gravy onto the bean sprouts. Decorate with the chopped spring onion . Serve hot with rice .
