Ingredients
:
150 gms rice
1 medium sized carrot
3 spring onion 25 gms beans
25 gms beans
1 cup shredded chicken / prawns
1egg
1tbsp soya sauce
salt & pepper to taste
oil as required

Method:
Heat enough water with salt to taste
Add rice & cook till almost done
Drain out the water and keep the rice
aside Chop the vegetables finely Heat
oil and fry all the vegetables together
with the egg.
Add salt and pepper to taste Ass 1
tbsp soya sauce stir well Add rice
Garnish with boiled shredded chicken
or prawns Serve.
