Ingredients
:
250 gms chicken breast
25 gms capsicum
25 gms carrot
25 gms black mushroom
25 gms babycorn
10 gms dry red chili powder
3 tbspn cornflour
50 ml chicken stock
1 egg white
a pinch of ajinomotto
10gms white pepper
salt to taste
40 ml oil

Method:
Shred vegetabled into long thin strips
Shred chicken .Add a pinch of salt
1 ½ teaspoon of cornflour and
one egg white to chicken shreds Mix
throughly in a bowl a sauce of salt,
ajninomotto, pepper, stock and cornflower
Heat wok to medium heat put in oil
fry chicken Break up with a fork to
prevent clumps After the chicken is
done drain out oil Take 2 teaspoon
oil again heat in wok fry dry red
chilli, vegetables & add chicken
pour in the sauce Stir well till thick.Serve
