Ingredients
:
1 tin of mushrooms (cut into half)
1 tbsp finely cut ginger garlic and
green
chilies
15 tbsp flour (maida)
¼ tbsp ajimotto
½ tbsp salt
2-3 tbsp soya sauce
lots of coriander leaves

Method:
Put the cut mushrooms and marinate
in flour batter for minimum 1 hour
Flour batter (15 tbsp flour, salt
, ajimotto, and water as required
to make a smooth paste or free flowing
but thick batter) Deep fry these mushroom
to golden colour & keep aside
For the sauce Heat 2 tbsp oil in a
deep frying pan.
Fry ginger , garlic and garam masala
Make the flame low and add 10 tbsp
of water Bring it to a boil add soya
sauce,salt ot taste and lots of coriandra
immediatelyadd 2 tbsp cornflower in
very little water and add it to this
sauce immediately add the hot fried
mushroomsare well coated with the
sauce is light add 1-2 tbsp more of
soya sauce and mix well serve hot,
spicy & crispy
Tip:
To make it crispy fry the mushroom
half & keep a side just before
serving refry on the gas and make
the sauce on the other gas & mix
with hot fried mushroom immediately
in the sauce
