Ingredients
:
250 gms paneer (cut lengthwise)
1 spring onion (cut lengthwise)
1 capsicum (cut lengthwise)
2 flakes of garlic
½ cup brown vinegar
2-3 dry red chilies
1 tbsp soya sauce
pinch salt & ajinomotto
2 green chilies (cut lengthwise)

Method:
Soak garlic & dry chilies in brown
vinegar for minimum ½ an hour
Grind this masala and keep aside (Keep
the rest of the vinegar aside to use
later) stir fry the paneer in very
little oil till slightly pink keep
aside In a frying pan heat little
oil add green chilies.
Add grinded garlic-chilies masala
then spring onion when pink add paneer,
salt, left over vinegar, ajinomotto,
soya sauce stir well. Add lots of
corriander leaves finely cut also
the greens of the spring onion can
be used. Serve hot
