Ingredients
:
200 gms paneer
½ cup thick curd
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
salt to taste
little corriander
½ tbsp garam masala
¼ tbsp cumin powder (jeera)
2 green chilies
pinch of tandoori colour

Method:
Make square pieces of paneer Mix all
the ingredients in the beaten curds
& marinate the paneer pieces well
in this masala & keep for minimum
2-3 hours Arrange the pieces in a
baking tray pre-heat the oven and
bake the paneer in the oven for 20-25
minutes or till done Serve hot.
