Ingredients :
200gms ganthia
1/2 cup curd
1 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp oil
For
garnish:
chopped dhaniya

Method:
Heat the oil, add jeera and fry until
the seeds crackle. Add haldi, chilli
powder and 1 1/2 cups of water. Batter
the curds with 1 1/2 cups of water
and add to the tempered water. When
it comes to a boil, add the ganthia
and stir well. Serve hot garnished
with chopped dhaniya.

Add the ganthia in just before serving.
