Ingredients :
10 bananas, peeled and chopped
2 bunches fenugreek leaves (methi),
chopped
1 tsp rai
1 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp hing
a pinch soda-bi-carb
1/2 tsp haldi
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp sugar
2 1/2 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Method:
Heat the oil in a pan, add rai and
jeera & fry until they crackle.
Add hing and then methi leaves. Sprinkle
the soda bi-carb and salt, to methi
and allow to simmer till the methi
leaves become soft. Add haldi and
sugar and stir well.Add the banana
pieces and mix well. Serve hot with
chapatis.
