Preparation Time : 20 minutes.
Cooking Time : 25 minutes.
Ingredients :
For the khandvi :
2 cup moong dal with skin
3 tsp gram flour (besan)
2 green chillies
2 tbsp fresh curds
2 tsp fruit salt
a pinch hing
salt to taste

Method:
Soak the moong dal for 2 hours. Drain.
Add the green chillies and a little
water and grind in a mixer.
Add the gram flour, curds,hing and
salt. When you want to serve, add
the fruit salt and mix well. Pour
the mixture into two big thalis.
Steam for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
