Preparation Time : 5 minutes.
Cooking Time : 15 minutes.
Ingredients :
1 khatta dhokla packet or mixture
(200 grams)
2 tbsp grated paneer
4 tbsp finely chopped palak
To serve :
green chutney or coconut chutney

Method:
Prepare the batter according to the
instuctions given on the packet. Apply
grease on a thali & Sprinkle the
grated paneer and palak at the bottom.
Then apply the prepared batter and
steam for 5 minutes. Fill the centre
with green chutney.
