Method:
Sieve the flour and salt together.
Rub the ghee into the flour with your
fingertips. Add enough lukewarm water
and knead into a soft dough.
Divide the dough into 12 equals portions.
Wet your palms and flatten each portion
into circle.
Heat a tava and put one round onto
it. Turn over on both sides alternately
till brown spots appear on the surface.
Repeat for the remaining dough. Serve
hot with ghee and jaggery.

Note :
Make the rotlas immediately once the
dough is kneaded as the dough tends
to harden quickly. You can also make
rotlas out of flour Jawar
