Ingredients :
100gms. tuver dana
100gms. papdi dana
250gms. brinjal
1/2 kg. potato
100gms.kand
250gms. walor
ginger,garlic & green chilli paste
1/2 tsp. garam masala
2tbsp.oil for frying
For
Muthias :
1 bunch of methi
200gms. besan flour
50gms. wheat flour
1tsp. haldi
1tsp. sugar
1tbsp. oil
1tsp. red chilly powder
1tsp.fruitsalt
salt to taste
For
garnish :
1 bunch finely chopped dhaniya
1tbsp.decicated coconut.

Method:
Take a kadai & put oil & when
hot put the ginger garlic and chilli
paste & all the above mentioned
vegetables.
Add salt, sugar and haldi and then
mix them properly on a low fire. set
aside for a while.
Method
for muthias :
Wash the methi & then add chaana
atta, wheat flour & finely chopped
methi in a plate & put salt, sugar,
red chilly powder & oil with fruitsalt(eno)
& prepare a dough of that in a
form of small balls. Fry the muthias
.
Now, put the above cooked vegetables
& the muthias in a pressure cooker
with one glass of water & give
2 whistles &remove its vapour
immediately after the second whistle.
Now remove the Undhiya in a serving
bowl & garnish it. Serve hot,
with Phulka Rotlis.
