Preparation
Time : 10 minutes.
Cooking Time : 15 minutes.
Ingredients :
4 cups sprouted Surti vaal
1/2 tsp ajwain
1/4 tsp hing
6 small round red chillies (boriya)
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp kishmish
salt to taste
For
the garnish :
1 tbsp chopped dhaniya

Method:
Heat the oil, add ajwain, hing and
small round red chillies and stir.
Add the sprouted Surti Vaal with water,
sugar, kishmish and salt Let it remain
on a low fire so that the dal becomes
soft Garnish with chopped coriander
and serve hot.
Please
Note :
Add juice of 1/2 lemon to make the
dal tangy.
