Preparation
Time : 8 minutes.
Cooking Time : 20 minutes.
Ingredients :
6 medium tomatoes
125 grams crumbled paneer
1 teacups chopped mixed boiled vegetables
1/2 chopped onion
1 chopped green chillies
1 tsp oil
salt to taste

Method:
Cut out the tops of the tomatoes and
scoop out the centres. Keep aside
the scooped portion. Heat the oil
and fry the onion for 1 minute.
Add the green chillies and fry again
for 1/2 min. Add the vegetables (french
beans, carrots, cauliflower, green
peas), paneer, salt and scooped tomato
portion and cook for 1minute. Fill
the tomatoes with the mixture and
bake in a hot oven at 200 degree C
for 12 mins. Serve hot.
