Preparation
Time : 5minutes.
Ingredients :
1 cup bundi
1 small cup anardana seeds
2 cups fresh curds
2 pinches roasted jeera powder
2 pinches red chilli powder
salt to taste

Method:
Add salt to the curds and beat well.
Add the bundi and anardana seeds.
Store in the refrigerator. Just before
serving, sprinkle jeera powder &
chilli powder. Serve chilled
