Preparation
Time : 10 minutes.
Cooking Time : 8 minute
Ingredients :
2 cups fresh curds
1/2 tsp plain flour
a pinch of haldi powder
1 tbsp skim milk
1 tsp ghee
1/4 tsp jeera
1/4 onion, finely chopped (optional)
1 chopped green chillies
1/4 tsp grated ginger (optional)
2 to 3 tsp chopped tomatoes
1/2 tbsp chopped cucumber
1/2 tbsp chopped corriander for topping

Method:
Beat the curds, plain flour, turmeric
powder and milk together.
Heat the ghee and fry jeera until
they crackle. Add the onion, green
chillies and ginger and fry again
for a few seconds. Add the curds mixture
and boil for a few minutes. Add the
tomatoes and cucumber and cook for
1 minute. Garnish with corriander
leaves & serve hot.
