Preparation
Time : 10 minutes.
Cooking Time : 8 minutes.
Ingredients :
200 grams khajoor (dates)
100 grams Imli
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder
1/4 tsp kala namak (black salt)
salt to taste

Method:
Remove seeds from the khajoor and
tamarind, wash and add 1 cup of water.
Leave for 2 hours. Cook for 5 minutes.
Thereafter, blend in a liquidiser
and strain. Add the chilli powder,
jeera powder and salt. Mix well. Use
as required.
