Preparation
Time : 25 minutes.
Cooking Time : 20 minute
Ingredients :
For the stuffing:
2 cups finely chopped mixed vegetables
(french beans, carrots, cauliflower,
green peas)
3 - 4 finely chopped spring onions
1 small boiled potato
2 tbsp chopped coriander
2 chopped green chillies
a pinch ajinomoto
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
Ingredients for the dough:
1 cup maida
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
ghee for cooking

Method:
For the stuffing:
Heat oil and fry the mixed vegetables,
and spring onions on a very high flame
for 1 1/2 minute. Add the ajinomoto
powder and cook for 4 - 5 minutes.
Add the potato, corriander, green
chillies, chilli powder ,salt and
mix well.
Method for the dough:
Mix all the ingredients and add water
to make a soft dough. Divide the dough
into 12 - 13 portions & Roll out
thinly. Put 1 tbsp of the stuffing
in the centre of each dough round.
Make an envelope by folding all the
sides over the vegetables. Cook on
a tawa (griddle) with ghee until crisp
on both sides. Repeat for the remaining
dough & Serve hot.
