Preparation
Time : 2 minutes.
Ingredients :
2 cups palak (spinach) leaves
2 1/2 cups fresh curds
1 small green chilli, chopped
2 pinches kali mirch (pepper powder)
2 pinches of sugar
a little chilli powder
salt to taste

Method:
Cook the spinach leaves for a few
minutes. Squeeze out the water and
chop finely.
Beat the curds and add the green chilli,
kalimirch , sugar and salt. Mix well.
Add the spinach and mix well. Sprinkle
chilli powder on top & Serve chilled.
