    Sweet Potato Rabadi 

Preparation Time : 8 minutes.
Cooking Time :
10 minute

Ingredients :

1 litre full fat milk
2 sweet potatoes , peeled and grated
150 grams sugar
2 pinches kesar
1/4 tsp elaichi powder
2 almonds, peeled and sliced
2 pistas, blanched and sliced

Method:
Put the milk to boil in a large vessel. Add the sweet potatoes and continue cooking until the potatoes are tender.

Add the sugar and continue cooking for 2-3 mins. Remove from the heat. Warm the kesar in a small vessel, add 2 tsp of milk and rub until the kesar dissolves.

Add the kesar liquid and the elaichi powder to the rabadi. Mix well and put to chill. Just before serving, sprinkle the almonds and pistas on top. Serve cold.
