Preparation
Time : 25 minutes.
Cooking Time : 20 minutes.
Ingredients :
400 grams fresh mushrooms
2 tsp plain flour
2 onion, grated
2 large tomatoes
1/2 tsp garam masala
1tsp chilli powder
1 tsp dhaniya-jeera powder
2 tsp kasuri methi
5 tsp oil
4 tsp fresh cream
salt to taste For the ginger-garlic
paste
a piece of ginger
4 cloves garlic
4 tsp chopped corriander for topping
bread slices for serving. |
Method:
Wash the mushrooms and cut in halves.
Sprinkle the flour and keep aside.
Heat the oil and fry the onions till
brown in colour. Add the ginger-garlic
paste and fry again.
Add the garam masala, chilli powder
and dhaniya-jeera powder and fry again.
Prepare tomato puree by putting the
tomatoes into hot water for 10-15
mins and then grating into a pulp.
Add the tomato puree and fry again.
Add the mushrooms, kasuri methi and
salt and cook for a few minutes. Sprinkle
a little water while cooking.
Finally, add the cream and mix well.
Sprinkle the coriander on top and
serve hot with bread slices.
