Ingredients
:
250g rice flour
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 tsp rai
6 sprigs curry leaves
5 green chillies, sliced
3 tbsp refined oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp chilli powder

Method:
Add 1 glass of boiled water, salt
to the rice flour and mix well to
form a stiff dough. Keep aside and
let it cool Place this dough in murukulu
maker and press the dough on the edges
of the idli stand, into thin noodles.
Add 2 glasses of water to the pressure
cooker and place the idli stand inside
the cooker. Cook for 5 minutes in
the steam without whistle on the top.
Remove the noodles from the cooker
and place on a plate.
Repeat the process for the remaining
dough. Sprinkle the grated coconut,
chilli powder on the top of the noodles.
Heat oil in a pan, season with rai
, curry leaves and green chillies.
Add this to the noodles and serve
hot.
