Baked Puri

Preparation Time : 5 minutes.
Cooking Time : 10 minutes.

Ingredients :

100 grams atta
1 tsp oil
salt to taste

Method :
Mix the atta , oil and salt. Add water and prepare a stiff dough. Knead well.

Divide the dough into 20- 25 portions. Roll out into thin puris and prick it with a fork. Arrange the puris on a baking tray & bake in a hot oven for 10mins at 200 degrees.
