Preparation
Time : 10 minutes.
Cooking Time : 15 minutes.
Ingredients :
1tea cup kaddu ( red pumpkin ),
peeled and grated
1tea cup chopped palak (spinach)
1tea cup gehun ka atta ( whole wheat flour)
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 green chilli, chopped
1/4 tsp ( turmeric powder)
1 tbsp oil
salt to taste
oil for cooking

Method
:
Heat the oil, add the spinach and saute
for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the fire. Mix
all the ingredients to make a soft dough
using enough water. Knead well.
Divide the dough into 5 equal portions.
Roll out each portion into a circle Heat
a tava and cook each roti on both sides,
until golden brown using a little oil. Serve
hot.
