Preparation
Time : 15 minutes.
Cooking Time : 10 minutes.
Ingredients :
1/2 cup sweet corn
1/2 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp jeera seed (cumin )
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped corriander
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp oil
salt to taste
oil for cooking
butter to serve

Method
:
Grind the sweet corn to a fine paste in
a food processor (without using any water).
Mix the sweet corn paste with the rest of
the ingredients in a bowl using water only
if needed and make a soft dough.
Divide the dough into 6-7 equal portions.
Roll out each portion into a circle. Heat
a tava (griddle) and cook each roti on both
sides on a slow flame until golden brown,
using a little oil.
Serve hot topped with butter.
