Ingredients
:
2 bunches of methi
2-3 cups atta
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Ghee / butter/oil for frying

Method
:
Mix the wheat flour with finely chopped
fenugreek leaves, salt, garam masala, chili
powder, oil and knead to a fine dough.
Divide the dough into small balls, roll
into partatha size and fry with ghee on
both sides on a flat pan until golden brown.
Serve hot with curd & homemade butter.
