Preparation
Time : 10 minutes.
Cooking Time : 15 minutes.
Ingredients :
3 cups plain flour
1/2 cup milk, lukewarm
1 tsp sugar
1 level tsp fresh yeast
1 tsp powdered saunf
1/2 tsp salt
ghee for cooking

Method
:
Add sugar to the milk and sprinkle yeast
over it. Keep aside for 20- 25 mins. Sieve
the flour with the salt in a bowl and add
the saunf powder. Pour the yeast mixture
on top and knead well. Add a little water
if needed to make a soft dough.
Cover and set aside in a warm place for
about 45 -50 mins. Knead again. Divide the
dough into 12 equal parts. Shape into balls
and roll out into rounds. Keep aside for
10- 12 mins. Now cook on a tava with ghee
until light brown.
Serve hot with a dollop of butter.
