Rumaali Roti

Ingredients :
500g atta
150g maida
1/2 banana
1 cup milk
Salt to taste
1/2 egg
3 tsp ghee/ butter
1/2 tsp baking powder

Method :
Mix atta , maida, baking powder, salt and sieve them together.

Add egg , milk, banana to the flour and knead to smooth dough using water. Cover with a thin cloth and keep aside for 30 minutes. Make small balls from the dough, and roll like chapathis.

Fry on flat pan until golden brown on both sides with ghee and roll a paper napkin to each chapathi. Serve hot.
