Ingredients
:
2 cups black moong
4 green chilies, chopped
2 onion, chopped
a pinch of hing
a few curry leaves
Oil as needed
Salt to taste

Method:
Soak dal in water for 4 hours and
grind to a smooth paste for 2-3 minutes.
Add chopped green chilies, onions,hing
, salt and curry leaves to the ground
paste along with 3 tbsp of hot water.
Mix the paste well , make small balls
and flatten them on your palm. Make
a small hole at the center of each
flat portion. Make 2-3 at a time and
put them into hot oil carefully.
Deep fry in group till golden brown,
drain the oil and serve with coconut
or any chutney.
