Ingredients
:
250g black urad dal
500g rice
Salt to taste
2 tbsp oil

Method:
Soak the rice and black urad dal in
water for 4 hours and grind to a smooth
paste for 2-3 minutes. Keep aside
for overnight.
Add salt and water to the batter and
spread on a flat pan with a spoon.
Add 2 tbsp of oil and fry until golden
color.
Remove from heat and serve hot with
any chutney.
