    Puffy Puris 
Ingredients :
2 cups atta (wheat)
2 tbsp ghee or butter
Salt to taste
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp rava
Water to knead dough
Oil to deep fry

Method:
Mix all the ingredients and make a firm dough.

Make small balls from the dough and fry in oil on both sides until puffy and golden brown in color.
