Ingredients :
2 cups atta (wheat)
2 tbsp ghee or butter
Salt to taste
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp rava
Water to knead dough
Oil to deep fry

Method:
Mix all the ingredients and make a
firm dough.
Make small balls from the dough and
fry in oil on both sides until puffy
and golden brown in color.
Drain with strainer and serve hot
with spicy vegetable curries or curds.
