Ingredients :
Rice 500 gms
1 litre water
100 gms Green moong dal (Broken)
400 gms gur
150 gms ghee
4 - 5 elaichi
12-15 cashewnuts
8-10 kishmish

Method:
Soak Rice for about one hour. Fry
green moong dal over a bowl until
it turns colour.
Add water to the soaked Rice,Green
moong dal and cook it together over
a pressure cooker .Heat ghee over
a pan and fry elaichi, Cashewnuts
and kishmish and keep it aside. Dissolve
gur in about 120 ml of water and bring
it to a boil.
Great care has to be taken to while
adding proportionate gur solution
to the rice.
Thus,add it to the cooked rice mixture
little by little and mix it. Add the
fried elaichi ,cashewnuts and kishmish
along with the ghee.
