Ingredients :
1 1/2 cups atta ( wheat flour)
1/2 cups besan
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp haldi powder
a pinch of hing
1/2 tsp jeera and ajwain
1 tbsp water
Finely chopped coriander |
Method:
Mix all the ingredients above and
knead to a slightly stiff dough and
cover with wet cloth.
Make small balls from the dough and
roast on a flat pan. Apply ghee or
butter and serve hot.
