    Potatoes (Aloo) Ke Tukh  

Ingredients :
½ kg or 4 big potatoes
salt to taste



Method:
Remove skin and cut the potatoes into thick round. Soak them in salted water for1/2 an hour keep fry them in hot oil remove when half done press each piece with your palm when still hot very lightly Refry before serving in hot oil each piece flatlened with your palm all crispy. Arrange in a plate and sprinkle all dry masala like dhania powder, jeera powder, amchur powder and pinch of salt and red chilli powder

Rice:-
Boil 2 cups Basmati Rice and keep aside heat little ghee and pour on the rice cover with a lid for few minutes. Serve hot
