Ingredients
:
For the tikki :
200 gms besan
2-3 green chillies cut fine
1-2 tbsp crushed Anardana
(dry pomegranate seeds)
salt to taste
little fresh coriander leaves
3-4 oil to knead the dough
use very little water to knead the
dough
For
the Masala :-
2-3 medium onions (cut long)
3 tomatoes (cut fine)
salt to taste
½ tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
½ tsp chilli powder
2-3 green chillies (cut fine)
¼ tsp Dhania powder (coriander)

Method:
Make small tikkis out of the above
besan tikki masala. Knead well.
Heat water in a Kadai & deep fry
these tikkis in water or steam them
& keep aside.
In a flat based utensils or Kadai
heat little oil add green chillies
and then put onion stir.
When slightly pink add tomatoes put
salt, turmeric, chilli powder, Dhania
powder and close the lid and cook
the masala for 10-15 minutes. Then
spread the tikkis on the masala and
close well the lid and keep on the
gas till it is cooked (Keep little
water on the lid. No water will be
put inside the vegetable.)
