Ingredients
:
½ kg bhee(Lotus stem)
(boiled,cut cross wise)
2-3 tomatoes - grated
salt to taste
powdered masala - all
1tbp jeera (cumin seeds)
fresh coriander
1-2 green chillies

Method:
In a Kadai, heat ghee add the cumin
seeds & green chillies whole jeera
and green chillies.
Add bhee and tomatoes and all dry
powdered masala and salt. Keep stirring
till tomatoes get cooked & the
lotus stem is tender or till done.When
done lastly add fresh coriander leaves
and close flame. Serve hot.
