Ingredients
:
1 kg mutton chops
4-5 medium sized onions
31/2 medium size tomatoes
6 green chillies (cut fine)
11/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
21/2 tbsp red chilli powder
21/2 coriander powder
pinch of tumeric powder
4-5 green cardermanes
1tbsp cumin seeds 1-2 cloves
2-3 bayleaves
2-3 tbsp curds beaten
oil as required
salt to taste
water as required

Method:
In a cooker add green chillies and
cumin seeds and onions when brown
add mutton chop pieces and all stir
till mutton leaves it water put all
whole garam masala and curd, salt
& tomatoes Cook on low flame and
keep stirring till oil comes up.
Add water required for the mutton
to cook and close the cooker and let
it give 4 whistles and then check
if the mutton has become tender.
Add lots of fresh coriander leaves.
There is slight gravy in this dish.
Serve hot.
