Ingredients
:
¼ kg chawli
2-3 onion (cut fine)
4-5 green chilies
3-4 tomatoes (cut fine)
few flakes of garlic (cut fine)
¼ inch garlic (cut fine)
2 potatoes small into medium pieces

Method:
In a cooker heat little oil. Add chilies,
ginger, garlic and then onion when
onion become brown add chawli and
aloo then tomatoes Stir for two minutes.
Add dry powder masala such as salt
chilies, turmeric (haldi), Coriandar
(Dhania), Cumin Seeds (jeera ) powder
according to taste. Keep stirring
for sometime. When the vegetable sticks
at the bottom add water 2 cups.
Let the whistle go 6 times and check
if more water is required for the
chawli to get cooked if not close
flame. Check chawli if it breaks in
your fingertips. Serve hot.
