Ingredients
:
1 cup bareless chicken (small pieces)
salt pepper to taste
½ tsp mustard powder
1 tbsp vinegar
Batter
4 tbsp flour
1 tsp cornflour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ cup wter
½ tsp salt pepper
½ tsp Ajinomoto
½ tsp oil

Method:
Marinate chicken in the above masala
for ½ an hour.
Then add it to the batter above.Deep
fry and serve hot with Szechwan sauce
or chilli sauce.
