Ingredients
:
½ kg Cluster Beans (Gwar
1-2 tomatoes cut fine
salt to taste
Tumeric (haldi) powder a pinch
few flakes of garlic
½ tbsp chili powder

Method:
Trim the sides of cluster beans (gwar)
and cut into small pieces 1/3 like
1 by 3 each pieces.
Boil well with a lid open or in a
cooker with 2 whistles Drain the water
and keep the cluster beans (gwar)
aside. Heat an deghche add little
oil fry garlic when brown add cluster
beans (gwar) stir well Then add salt,
haldi & chili powder stir and
lastly add tomatoes stir well and
keep on dual for sometimes pressing
the cluster beans (gwar) or breaking
it with a spoon in between no water
is added. It is dry vegetables and
get cooked with just tomatoes &
masala Close the flame after 5-10
minutes as soon as the tomatoes become
soft
