Ingredients
:
2 bunches of palak (wash and cut fine)
200 gms paneer (grated)
2 Boiled potatoes (grated)
Little cheese (grated)
Few green chillies
Salt to taste
2 tbsp lemon juice
Bread crumbs
A pinch of dry chilli powder
Pinch jeera powder
2 slices of bread soaked in
water and squeezed

Method:
Boil palak and mash well. Add grated
paneer, potatoes , cheese, chilies,
cumin (jeera) powder, chilli powder,
salt, lemon juice and squeezed bread.
Mix the mixture well and coat the
breadcrumbs well, give a good cutlet
shape or a round shape.
