Ingredients
:
½ kg mutton
4 tomatoes (cut fine)
2 big onion (cut fine)
4-5 green chilies (cut fine)
½ cup oil
salt to taste
1tbsp chili powder
1tbsp cumin powder

Method:
In a kadai heat oil, Add green chilies
onion cook till the onion is slightly
brown, Add the mutton pieces. Stir
continously. Add salt, chilli powder,
turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin
powder and mix well. Add the tomatoes
and cook the mutton on low flame for
15-20 mins.
When the color is dark brown,then
add water and cook the mutton either
in a cooker or in the kadai itself
till the meat is tender. Serve with
rotis and onion kachumber.
